What is so special about this machine ?
- Full flood dual side grinding using Borazon or diamond grinders requires high speed for transportation but very low speed for the actual grinding itself.
We have enabled this variation in speed by using 2 synchronised pre-shaped cams on 1 central shaft. In this way we could avoid an expensive hydraulic system and there is no need for an electronic control.
Pre-shaped cams guarantee high precision for many years.
- Machine is designed for rectifying band saws turning both to the right hand and the left hand or double cutting.
Our standard machine construction allows serial production, reducing cost price, and customers using band saws with different turning direction only need to buy 1 single machine.
- Machine pushes the teeth towards the operator in stead of pushing it under its own head.
This means that only 2 or 3 teeth have to be rectified before being able to measure the achieved size.
- Tilting head assures an unequalled ease of use. Particularly grinders using very heavy band saws for stellite tipping will appreciate this way of construction.
- The frame of this machine is made out of steal, metal coated for a long time protection against rust. Very useful when anti rust product in coolants have worn out.
- Machine has been developed for use in the most difficult situations , like for instance in mills in the middle of a tropical forest, a mill snowed in at Siberia or Canada.
- This machine is fully AUTOCAD designed and spare parts will always be available, even after 100 years.
