Since we moved the company end of 2001, litle time was spent on keeping the SEYNA website updated about our evolutions. .
In this period of time, Europe came across some pretty heavy economic storms .
Bigger vessels had hard times, small boats like ours have found a safe harbour for shelter.
Exports to africa have brought us the biggest orders in our 25 years of history.
1) For the SBL sawmill in Lastourville, we have embarked 3 containeurs containing 2 complete cutting lines WRAVOR all new and made to size to cut the bigger African logs. To make sure we had the blades in good condition, a complete sawdoctoring room was loaded as well Complete with automated bench OPTIMATIC, SHARK full flood grinder and VANINETTI satellite tipper .
2) In September 2012, ou customer FOREEX in Libreville could confirm payment of the whole new sawmill which has been studied for 4 years. The mill was designed for cutting the hardest and the biggest African logs up to 10 meters of length.
We have supplied :
- 2 x prefab building off which 1 was equipped with an overhead crane carrying 10 tons on a span of 22 meters.
- 3 x MANITOU forklift and reach truck
- Complete sawdoctoring room, all equipment for bundling and conservation of sawn woods , etcetera.
- The cutting line PRIMULTINI 1600 SIF/CIB complete with log handling and board conveyors PRIBO,
The carriage has an horizontal opening of 1,8 meters and weighs 24 tons when fully assembled.
We ended up with 6 containers containing the buildings + 3 x RO RO freight for the forklifts. Another #7 OPEN TOP containers + 1 flat rack have left from Italie directly to LIBREVILLE containing the PRIMULTINI – PRIBO equipment.
Our division SWEED CHOPPERS could sell into Europe some important orders. For Spain we delivered equipment to chop very big high tension electric cables + sorting aluminium from steel core.
In France we sold many choppers to fit the line that will clean up the underwater communication cables . these cables are quit difficult to recycle because they are made of # 04 different layers of different material . SWEED machines have made it possible.
The line should recycle some 120.000 km (and this is no typing error) in the next 5 years.
SEYNA has its eyes open for the challenges the new year will bring and we hope our customers can enjoy same positive vibes in 2014 all in good health.
