1) Infeed conveyor for board edger. Equipped with 4 x pneumatic arms to turn the boards upside down.
Boards alignement upon orders of the operator with chain conveyors and bringing the board infront of the saw. When board and saws are positioned correctly, the mechanisation will lower down and lay the boards on the infeed rollers to the board edger.
2) Edger SPEED FLEX with 3 x movable sawblades + 1 fixed position . Guides with laser beams

3) Outfeed tunnel equipped with 2 x stops so one can make a sorting between boards that need to be recycled and boards that are finished.
4) Feed back belt for boards that need a second pas through the edger. The board at left of the saws can be recycled.
For conveniant sorting, this machine is equipped with a camera positined inside the exit funnel of machine .
