Mr DEMUNSTER is a unique guy.

Together with his wife Valerie, he has created in no time a factory for stairs in real wood.

Precious woods need to be cut with an eye for quality nd that is why he has decided to install his own sawmill.

No better machine than a full hydraulic PRIULTINI to carefuly hanlde the costfull logs .

This project is a one of its kind because the total mill layout and developpement was designed and build by the owner himself.

All we had to do is give some help where needed .

Also, there is to my knowledge not one single mill in Belgium that comes as close to the CE safety standards as this one. You will have a hard time to get to rotating parts on this unit.

Truly congratulations to the DEMUNSTER team for this special sawmill made to size.

in February 2018, we have finalized the setup of a resaw - line in Port au prince, capital off Haïti.

The delivery was a BRENTA 1100 band resaw + fitting dust extractor and grinder for bandsaws .

This is for sure the one and only machine off its kind in the whole off the country which has been devestated by a major earthquake in 2010.

In south of Belgium, close to the MAREDSOOUS monastery, one can have a good beer and make a very healthy hiking trip.

There are also people who live witha nd for the woods found around there.

Sawmill PIRSION is at its 4th generation oak - sawyers and work with all the love for the wood.

The old DANCKAERT carriage was retirement - aged and has been replaced with PRIMULTINI model CFM - carriage. The 1st of this model in Belgium.

TAURIAN RESOURCES invests a bit of money in a line to recover valuable waste - wood for their mill in Gabon.

SEYNA has developped together with customers technical departement the layout of this recovery line . It is intented to make valuable wood from left over that would normally go to the fireplace . AZOBE - OKAN and any other hard species.

We designed and prepared + shipped out between November 2015 and march 2016 the whole line consiting of log mechnaisation, band resaw, conveyors, multiple ripsaw and conveying onwards to a double unit of cross cuts + exhaust through rollers. The line was complete with the whole sawdust extraction unit. All designed from distance in Europe and to be installed in Gabon around end of May 2016.

5 months between idea and realisation.

A wonderfull project for SEYNA realised together with our team of electricians and mechanics all dedicated to their job and on which we are proud to have them in our team 

We have been working almost 3 years on this project. Many (too many) administrative troubles have kept us from finalising this mill set up but our customer is a courageous man and he did not give in. May 2016 we have made the first cuts with this unique sawmill, built up in northern British Colombia. 

The mill has been designed to cut logs up to diameter 2 and up to 18 m long.

Because of all the administrative dificulties, the mill has not been completed so far. We need to go back in summer when the board edger end all the cross cuts will be on site but for the time beeing this mill can start cutting with the (horizontal) bandmill, the automatic vaccuum lift and all the gensets + the sawdoctoring room.

Canada has a remarcable nature and we have enjoyed the trip all the way to Alaska to see bears, moose and whatever amazing beauty off nature was more to be seen (We saw the tale of a whale but it refused to come back for our cameras).

Undoubtably the highlight was our fishing trip on Canada's seawater to catch # 02 HALIBUT fish of which the shortest had 110 cm (43 inch) in length.

A very nice and beautifull BRENTA 1600 with full hydraulic carriage was delivered to sawmill SOEKHOE & sons in paramaribo. 

We strongly believe that this sawmill has a big future ahead because they have the value of a given word. that is not always easy in these countries.

We have loved to work for these people.

The machine was installed in nithe 4th sawmill and will be cutting nothing but very hard woods as they have in that part of the world.
